• WinSync does not facilitate, promote, or enforce wagering, gambling, or betting-related activities.

3.2 No Gambling Allowed

• WinSync is NOT a gambling platform. Any use of the App for wagering, betting, or games of chance involving real money or valuable items is strictly prohibited.

• Users are solely responsible for ensuring their use of the App complies with all applicable laws in their jurisdiction.

• If WinSync becomes aware of any violations of this policy, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts without notice.

4. User Data & Privacy

4.1 Data Collection & Use

• We collect and store only the data necessary for the proper functioning of WinSync, as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

• By using the App, you consent to our data collection, processing, and storage practices.

6. Contests & Payment Policies

• Participants must agree to the contest terms before starting.

6.2 Payments & Financial Transactions

• WinSync does not process, hold, or enforce financial transactions between users.

• Any monetary agreements between users are solely their responsibility.

• WinSync does not act as an escrow, intermediary, or dispute resolution entity.

• Users are responsible for complying with applicable financial laws.

6.3 No House Participation or Rake

• WinSync does not take a percentage of winnings and does not participate in contests.

• The platform only provides tools for users to manage contests but does not influence outcomes.

7. Intellectual Property

• WinSync, its logos, and all content within the App are protected trademarks.

• Users may not use WinSync’s branding without written permission.

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
8.1 No Warranty

• WinSync is provided "as is" and "as available" with no warranties of any kind.

• We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or data security.

8.2 Limitation of Liability

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, WinSync shall not be liable for:

  • Direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

  • Loss of data, revenue, or any legal claims arising from the use of WinSync.
